Number of people sickened by hamburgers in the US rises to 104

The number of people sickened due to E. coli bacteria detected in the products of a famous fast food brand in the US has risen to 104.

It was announced that the number of people sickened due to E. coli bacteria detected in hamburgers produced in restaurants of a famous fast food brand in 14 states of the US has risen to 104. The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) made a statement regarding the detection of E. coli bacteria in the ‘Quarter Pounder’ hamburger in fast food brand restaurants in 14 states of the country. The statement noted that the number of people infected with the bacteria had risen to 104, and 34 people were hospitalized.
