Latest situation in Lebanon: Israeli bombs hit the capital Beirut, 11 people died

Israel, which has been under bombardment in Lebanon since October 8, 2023, killed 11 people and injured 63 people in its latest attack on the capital Beirut. Yesterday, the Israeli army targeted many points in Lebanon as well as Beirut from the air. Lebanon’s Hezbollah responded to the attacks with rockets and drones.

The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health announced that the death toll from Israeli attacks since October 8, 2023 has risen to 3,645.

The number of injured has risen to 15,355. 
The ministry reported that 62 people lost their lives and 111 were injured just the day before.
It was announced that 11 people were killed and 63 injured in yesterday’s attack in Beirut.

While the Israeli army continued to carry out air strikes on many points in Lebanon yesterday, Hezbollah responded to Israeli targets with rockets and unmanned aerial vehicles.
The southern suburbs of Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, continued to be subjected to heavy airstrikes by the Israeli army.
Explosions rocked the city and thick smoke rose from many areas.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said yesterday that its air force raided a Hezbollah command center in the southern suburbs of Beirut.
The army also said it had carried out airstrikes targeting Hezbollah positions, including command centers, weapons depots and other infrastructure in the southern Lebanese coastal city of Tyre.
Meanwhile, Lebanese government officials said four Italian soldiers were wounded in an attack on the UNIFIL peacekeeping force headquarters in Damascus yesterday.
