Fire at karaoke bar in Vietnam: 11 dead

A fire broke out at a karaoke bar in Vietnam, killing 11 people. It was announced that the fire was suspected to be arson, and one person was taken into custody.

A fire broke out in a karaoke bar in Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, yesterday evening. 11 people lost their lives in the fire in which many people were trapped.
Two of the 7 people rescued by the fire team were taken to hospital. At least 10 fire trucks responded to the fire and the building where the bar was located suffered major damage.
It was announced that arson was suspected in the fire, and one person was taken into custody.
According to eyewitnesses, the suspect, who argued with the staff at the bar where he was drinking alcohol, later entered the building poured gasoline on the area where the motorcycles were located in front of it and started a fire. The police investigation into the incident continues.
