Amazon Calls to Employees: Return to Office or Resign

Amazon Web Services (AWS), which has made it mandatory for its remote employees to return to the office starting in 2025, stated that those who are not satisfied with this situation can look for another job. AWS CEO Matt Garman said, “Return to the office or resign. There are other companies around for employees who do not like the face-to-face work policy.”

During the Covid-19 pandemic, giant companies had switched to the remote working model. Although this working method continued after the pandemic, technology companies in particular are working to return their employees to the office.

Amazon CEO Andy Jassy had announced that employees would return to the office starting in 2025.

“RETURN TO THE OFFICE OR RESIGN” US technology giant Amazon Web Services announced that if its employees do not support the return to the office policy, they can look for another job. AWS CEO Matt Garman said, “Return to the office or resign. There are other companies around for employees who do not like the face-to-face work policy.” Stating that face-to-face work increases their ability to innovate, Garman said that this environment cannot be provided virtually.
