A passenger bus plunged into a ditch in the Hadsel region on Norway’s northwestern coast.
Police said at least three people died and four were seriously injured in the accident.
Authorities said the bus was carrying 58 people and left the road and fell into Lake Asvatnet. Three people were taken to Stokmarknes Hospital by helicopter, while the other passengers were taken to a nearby school.
It was reported that the bus was going from the town of Narvik to the Lofoten Archipelago.
