Stating that Russia was developing cooperation with North Korea in every field, Peskov said, “This should not worry anyone because this cooperation is not against third countries.”

Peskov said, “This should not worry anyone because this cooperation is not in return for third countries. We will develop this cooperation further.”

The South Koreans say one thing, then the Pentagon announces that they do not confirm such statements. This is probably how we need to approach this.” When asked whether the North Korean army is in Russia and whether it participated in the “special military operation” in Ukraine, Spokesman Peskov replied, “This is a question about the conduct of the special military operation.
