“THE LEADER OF THE DARK ORGANIZATION HAS DIED”
Minister Fidan confirmed the death of Fetullah Gülen, the leader of the FETÖ organization.
Minister Fidan said, “Our intelligence sources also confirm the death of the leader of the FETÖ organization. The leader of this dark organization has died. Our nation’s determination in the fight against terrorism will continue. The news of this death will never push us into complacency or relaxation. This organization has been a threat center rarely seen in the history of our nation.”
Speaking about the organization’s activities, Fidan said, “It has deceived thousands of our young people in the name of sacred values and recruited them to its ranks. These young people have turned into machines that betray their homeland, nations, and sacred values. These people are now being used as weapons against their own countries, nations, and values with great disgrace in the hands of intelligence services abroad.” Fidan, who emphasized that this death should lift the spell on them, said, “I invite them to give up this wrong path full of treason that they have followed and to stop working against their state and nation. The end of this path will not be a good one. Our nation and state will continue to fight against this organization as they do with all kinds of terrorist organizations. They should know when to turn back while the road is near.”
