According to the American press, before the TikTok ban, users are downloading another app called Rednote. Rednote ranked first in the download rankings in online stores. This app offers a function that is a mix of Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. The developer of this app is also a Chinese company. The app currently has more than 300 million monthly active users. Still, that number is still well below TikTok’s user base, which will be banned in the United States starting this Sunday.
