Scandal during Greenland visit: “Homeless people were portrayed as Trump supporters”

Trump Jr., the son of US President-elect Donald Trump, visited Nuuk, the capital of Greenland, last week and hosted a lunch. Attendees were given hats with the slogan “Make America Great Again (MAGA).
Trump’s son put his father on speakerphone while he was on the phone, and the Republican leader told the group of about 15 people: “We will take good care of you.”
However, Jorgen Kastrup, the General Manager of the hotel where the dinner was held, said that most of his guests were not Trump supporters, and that the team met these people on the street and later learned who Trump Jr. was.

Trump Jr.’s spokesman denied the allegations, saying, “This is complete nonsense.”
