Australian scientists have announced four basic factors that need to be acquired to prevent dementia, which has been increasing all over the world in recent years.






Not exercising regularly can negatively affect brain health and increase the risk of dementia.
Obesity can cause deterioration in the brain’s cognitive functions and lead to dementia.

There is no definitive cure for dementia yet, but there are some treatments that can slow the progression of the disease and relieve symptoms.
