It was reported that the number of people detained due to looting cases following the flood disaster on October 29 in the Valencia region in eastern Spain has increased to 253. While search and rescue efforts and cleaning mud from the streets and houses continue in Valencia, the security problem in the region has still not been resolved. Thousands of volunteers worked together to sweep away traces of flood disaster.
