Trump signs executive order barring transgender people from joining military

US President Donald Trump has signed an executive order preventing transgender individuals from joining the military, reversing the policy of the Joe Biden administration on this issue.

According to the White House, US President Trump signed 5 executive orders on the plane as he returned from Miami to Washington. Accordingly, Trump fulfilled another of his election promises and signed an executive order reversing the policy of the Joe Biden era and preventing transgender individuals from joining the military. Trump, who signed another executive order that also abolished previous practices titled diversity and inclusion in the American military, stated that they were reshaping the military with these steps.

“THERE ARE ONLY TWO SEXES, MEN AND WOMEN” Thus, Trump took a similar step in the military after revising the official policy of the US government to “there are only two sexes, men and women.” On the other hand, Trump also signed an executive order for the development of an “Iron Dome” missile defense shield to protect American borders. Trump also noted that they had implemented another step that ensured the reinstatement of military personnel who were discharged because they refused COVID-19 vaccines.
