The main water line built in the 1930s in a neighborhood in Detroit, USA exploded. As a result of the air temperature falling to -21s, the water that stepped on the streets froze. Interesting images appeared with the vehicles parked on the street remained in the equipment. Following the incident on February 17, the municipal officials continued to work to solve the problem.
